During Copenhagen Fashion week we launched our new -shirt line with prints from renowned photographer Jan Olofsson and his pictures from the 60’s music scene. Together with our neighbor Gate38 we’ve created a paper about the event that took place a Thursday night in August & had the band “The Slide” play for our guests in our newly renovated showroom in Malmö.
The rain may have been falling over us but we really had a night that rocked

Film is a recurring inspiration for us at L’ecole National, it’s also a way to escape the outside world for a while & loose yourself in a fantasy or understand the world better.
Since 1991 Stockholm International Film Festival has brought the big screen outside every August, giving us movie classics with different themes each year. This year it’s political, with films like “All the President’s men” & “Hurt Locker” and we can’t wait to sit down with a pic-nic & enjoy a summer night under the stars with a great movie with friends.
On youtube you can find it all, including us. We will give you sneak peaks from fashion shoots, films by our creative group, collection previews and much more.
Did you know that you can get newsletters from L’ecole National? Join our club and get the newsletter, discounts, access to collection previews, and invitations. Sign up for Le Club.
Verivinci gives us these cool leather straps with a clasp so you can easily remove the heart or whatever it is you have putin the ring. Put a heart or why not the iphone holder in the strap. We have started off with hearts in black, beige, red and a chocolate brown, the perfect iphone holder is in black. Have a look and fall in love like we did…
A few weeks ago “Fotografiska” opened in Stockholm. One of the exhibitions are “Fashion – modefotografi genom tiderna“, a collection of more than 200 photos, of which a large number are vintage prints taken by 50 world renown photographers. The exhibition is based on Camera Work’s collection in Berlin, which received a great deal of attention the first time it was exhibited and it really offers an overview of fashion history for the engaged visitor. “Fashion” is open Sep 24th – Jan 2nd 2011.
